View full detailsEdge profiles are usually used in front of doors, at the end of stairs, on steps or on landings. They form a neat finish to a surface installation and prevent wear and tear.
Cut the profile to the desired length. Place the edging on the installation surface and mark holes using a pencil or punch. Remove the edge and drill the holes. Insert a wall plug into the drill holes and fix the edging in place. With wooden surfaces, depending on the type of wood, the profile can be screwed directly in place without the use of wall plugs.
Alternatively, the self-adhesive version of the profile can also be mounted using the adhesive strip attached to the back. To do this, ensure the chosen surface is smooth and clean before installation.
