Poor customer service

After I had claimed the missing connecting pieces from the shelf in customer service, this was only completely processed to my annoyance after a week on my demand and after another week I received the parts yesterday. The product was otherwise okay, but good service is also part of it.

Wide span shelf

Building the shelf is practically impossible. The parts are difficult to attach.
Partly had to widen the eyelets with the pliers so that the components fit together.
The shelf is practical and offers plenty of space for garden tools and other utensils, but is overall unstable. So only recommended on flat and solid ground.
It lasts (certainly also a lot) under a heavy -duty shelf (1600kg) you imagine a little more stable for the price. Price/performance is acceptable for the size B/H/T 150/200/80 overall.

Fast delivery of the shelf (200 x 150 x 80 cm), assembly without further auxiliary person, flawless status and stability as criteria for quality are well fulfilled! I will order further shelves of this kind after this first test.
