Height Adjustable Office Foot Rest - Fixable in 4 Different Heights

The footrest relieves the legs and ensures a considerably better posture when sitting at the desk. In particular, smaller people who use a desk whose height is not adjustable will greatly appreciate the positive effect of the footrest. Instead of hanging in the air, the feet find a support surface at a suitable height. This noticeably relieves not only the leg muscles but also the entire body as a result of the improved and more relaxed sitting posture.

The structured surface of the plastic plate ensures that the feet have a good grip on the tread surface. This can be fixed at four different heights, between 60 millimetres and 145 millimetres. The footrest is also rotatable and thus promotes dynamic sitting.

Very good price-performance ratio

Smaller colleagues in particular often have difficulty finding a good and healthy seating position at the desk: if you get to the floor with your legs, if the working height is too high, you have a good working height, swing your legs over the floor.
This problem is solved with this footrest: a healthy working height at the desk and the possibility of conveniently parking your feet. Conclusion: highly recommended!
