They are very easy to clean, underfloor heating, they endure a lively dog ??and are absolutely fine. The carpets also came in the specified time - at least the delivery time, which was answered at some point after questions. Appearance is apparently sent within 24 hours. However, the "in stock" can only be seen for carpets that have not been cut (I have formulated in this way in the terms and conditions, but only the following is mentioned "without special labeling and" available "or" in stock ", If the customer is sent to the customer within 24 hours after receipt of the order ... ") Carpets that are cut, are delivered within 7-10 working days. Nevertheless, as a customer, you are a bit spoiled by Prime etc. these days, which is why it is quite okay to wait for a carpet (but that should also be noted when ordering, because no customer feels "lied to" if When ordering "Delivery time: 7-10 working days" can be read).

What I dislike, and this can also be read in other reviews, is the communication of the company. This is sometimes so bad that as a customer you have the feeling that you fell for a dubious, non-existent company. You don't have to try to reach this company by phone, you can save yourself the time. The fact that 4 or 5 carpet companies are registered for the same address does not improve the impression. Questions are only fed up with standardized answers, there is no contact person, the return processing is tedious, a customer service that, for example, repairs a non -functioning customer account is not available.

We had to wait a long time for our tailor -made carpets. But the wait was worth it. I would always buy my carpets here and I would be happy to recommend the company.
